Looking for healthy-er vegetarian dinner recipes? Here is one for you! Try this yummy pizza and you will crave it again! This is the easiest homemade pizza crust you can find out there! It has no wheat flour! Can you believe it? You can choose any topping you desire, but don't forget to try out this combination of vegetables! It is very tasty!



  • ¾ cups almond flour
  • 6 oz shredded cheddar
  • 1 egg
  • 2 medium tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 5 white mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 handful green beans, chopped
  • 2 oz Parmesan, grated
  • 1 tsp oregano, dried
  • 3 tbsp avocado oil for frying
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Parsley for garnish


Preheat oven to 400F.

Topping: Place tomatoes in a small pot, add a pinch of salt and pepper, 1 tsp of oregano and cook on medium heat till sauce-like consistency. Set aside.

Sear onions in avocado oil till golden brown. Salt and  set aside. Sear mushrooms in avocado oil till golden-brown. Salt and set set aside. Sear green beans in avocado oil till soft. Salt and set set aside.

Crust: Combine shredded cheese and almond flour and microwave for 30 sec. Add an egg and mix well till dough forms. Roll or press the dough between 2 pieces of parchment paper. Don't make it thinner than 1/4 in. Transfer to a baking sheet and bake for 8-10 mins till the crust is golden.

Load your topping, send the pizza back into the oven. Turn off the oven and let the pizza sit there for 5 mins till the cheese melts.
