If I'm gonna say that we are protein, I won't be too far from the truth. All our organs, tissues, and even blood are made of protein. The brain uses protein to function properly. So, yes, we are protein.

That's why it is so important to pay attention to quality and amount of protein we consume. Luckily, meat is not the only source of protein out there.
